It's been a busy week at St. Michael's with plenty of matches taking place across all age groups.

Our Fun Day came at an ideal time for everyone to let off some steam & the weather was perfect for hosting the local community at the pitch.

A massive thank you to Newry, Mourne & Down District Council Good Relations Programme for funding this project, we are very grateful. We also must mention the various vendors & businesses who helped to make the afternoon such a success:

S&C Party Entertainment for the bouncy castles & football shootout

Party Animals NI for all the amazing animals - there are some very brave individuals in our community getting up close with snakes & the like!

Friendly Faces for the eye-catching face painting, glitter tattoos & the special appearance of Mickey & Minnie Mouse, all the way from Disneyworld.

Newtownhamilton Fire Crew for showing us their fire engine & letting the kids have a go soaking some of their friends

Rooney O'Malley Maguire School of Irish Dancing for their fantastic display.

Rio for entertaining us with an array of songs all afternoon.
