The U10s had a brilliant game with Killean who travelled to Newtown for the GoGames. There were great skills on show by all the players, showing that their training is paying off 👌 .
The U16s had a well deserved win over Shane O'Neills, on a scoreline of 4-13 to 4-09. The boys were strong in the first half and were well ahead at half time with the advantage of the wind. However, Shanes came back really well in the second half and had us under pressure getting it back to a single point. Again, for the second week in a row our goalkeeper Callum Davidson made some fantastic saves to keep us in the game . Just like the Armagh Seniors in Clones, the boys kept their cool and a point from Noah McArdle and a goal from Joe Valley secured the points. Brilliant effort everyone 👏.
The clash between St Michael's and Lissummon took place on a foggy Friday evening. Again, there were great scores from sharp shooter, Aidan Davidson who bagged a goal. A number of two-pointers kept the lads in the game, two coming from Pearse Woods. Newtown were leading 1.09 to 0.3 at half time. They got off to a flier in the second half, thanks to a goal from Oisin Hollywood and Benny kept the scoreboard going with a few frees. St.Michael's had a 12 point lead with about 10 mins to go, before an onslaught of goals from Lissummon narrowed the lead, including a queried penalty. The men held on to secure the all important 2 points. It was a good performance all round in foggy conditions. The victory was the icing on the cake for Benny Davidson, who made history being joined by both Aidan and Shea in the course of the match 👏

We also wish Barra and his minors all the best as they seek a semi-final spot in the Ulster Championship - they face Donegal this Saturday in the Athletic Grounds.
