It's hard to beat a relaxing morning of Pilates, a cuppa and some fresh scones.  There was a great turnout for the G4MOs fundraiser at the weekend.  The club are extremely grateful to have the continuous support of Ashline Carragher, who once again led the attendees through Pilates and a guided relaxation.  The morning was rounded off with some coffee & traybakes, and the lucky winners of the Raffle were picked.
