Before we bid that long January farewell, 18 of our Seniors travelled to Roche Emmets GFC for their 7-a-side Tournament yesterday.

This was a good opportunity for our players to get a run out, with everyone getting stuck in.  After a defeat to Louth side, St. Brides, we saw off St. Patrick's Lordship well.  Our final group game was against Crossmaglen, where we fell short but qualified for the Cup competition.  Culloville ran out winners in that tie by 6 points.

New Manager, Brendan O'Malley was pleased with the lads' efforts, pointing out that we were the only team to keep Crossmaglen to single digits.  All teams playing yesterday were from the Senior divisions, so plenty to take away from it.
