In support of his mum Kate's team, there's a super evening not to be missed in Swiftys Newtown on 27th February from 7.30pm - 10pm.
We'll let the experts do the talking, as Eoin Griffin (racehorse trainer), Ricky Doyle (professional jockey), Sean Collins (Assistant trainer), Ray The Bookie Basher join some other special guests for a special Cheltenham Preview Evening.
Ricky is a Grade 3 winning jockey on Ol’ Man Dingle after their win at Cork Racecourse Mallow, and he is viewed as an exciting prospect in the racing calendar. Ol' Man Dingle sports our own club colours, a testament of Bonzo's commitment to putting Newtown on the map.
There'll be discussions on the upcoming Cheltenham Festival, which starts on March 10th in Gloucestershire. Bonzo, of Dunglen Syndicates and Gary Rushe will put the spotlight on their own runners, Ol' Man Dingle and Champagne Kid, and their road to Cheltenham.
Coined by those in the racing world as "the Cheltenham roar, the extraordinary racing and the priceless moments", this is your opportunity to share in that exciting build-up right here in Newtown.
Tickets are £20 , available on this link:
